Fitzroy Island

19 December 2016

The photos in the Fitzroy Island gallery were taken at Nudey Beach, a pristine inlet which is accessed via a rocky track through rainforest from the resort to the beach.

Once designated as a "clothing optional" beach, this has now been changed since the redevelopment of the island as a family resort. Certainly when I was there late in 2011 there was one person intent on making her feelings known on the issue. I found her to my surprise when editing my photos. She would have appeared in one photo in front of the rocks near the trees, however, she and her entourage have been discretely edited out, courtesy Photoshop.
