Wirrabara Silos

One of my favourite silos. Painted in 2018, by Sam Bates. The Forestry theme was chosen by the community, and the image determined by the artist. The bird is the rare Red Capped Robin, local to the area (one of which flew by while I was there), and the image of the man is a representation of the hardworking forestry and agricultural community. It took 20 days to complete with a mixture of house paint and spray paint.
